1. Material selection: The material can be divided into different types of stainless steel such as 304, 304L, 310, 316, 316L, etc., which can be reasonably selected according to the conveyed materials, and high-grade stainless steel is selected for highly corrosive materials, such as 316, 316L stainless steel, If the simple humidity is relatively high and the corrosion is weak, 304 stainless steel can be selected.

2. Workmanship standard: Since the stainless steel screw conveyor is mainly used in industries that require high sanitary conditions such as food and medicine, the machine needs to be strictly polished to make the equipment easy to clean and sterilize in the later use process.

3. Sealing requirements: The seal between the screw shaft and the bearing adopts double oil seal seal. An oil seal on the left prevents fine powder from entering the bearing seat, and a seal on the right prevents the grease of the bearing from flowing into the barrel along the axis and contaminating the material.

1. When the screw shaft rotates, due to the gravity of the material and the frictional force generated by the tank wall, the material can only move forward along the groove bottom of the conveyor under the push of the blade, and it seems that it cannot rotate. The nut moves in translation along the rotating screw.

2. The movement of materials in the intermediate bearing depends on the thrust of the materials advancing behind them. Therefore, the transportation of materials in the conveyor is all a sliding movement.

3. In order to make the screw shaft in a more favorable tension state, the drive device and the discharge port are generally placed at the same end of the conveyor, and the feed port is placed as close as possible to the tail of the other end.

4. The rotating screw blade pushes the material for conveying, so that the force that the material does not rotate with the Stainless Steel Screw Conveyor blade is the weight of the material itself and the frictional resistance of the Stainless Steel Screw Conveyor casing to the material.

5. The surface type of the blade includes solid surface type, belt type surface type, blade surface type and other types according to the different conveying materials.
