Pyrolysis reactor
The pyrolysis reactor uses national standard Q345R boiler-grade steel plate with a thickness of 20mm and an ac-shaped head. Can withstand high temperature and high pressure; The ac-shaped head can release the trust pressure while loading the waste tires, which can extend the service of the reactor.
The insulation shell
The insulation shell adopts ceramic fiber cotton, withstands high temperature up to1260℃, use304 stainless steel welding rods for fixation, which has the advantage of high temperature resistance, non-falling off, and then adds a curing agent. It has good thermal insulation performance, saving fuel oil, is very lightweight, easy to transport, and install.
tug dispensing technology

The rear slag discharge technology
