Plastic Pyrolysis Machine

The plastic pyrolysis machine is similar to the tyre pyrolysis machine; it is used to pyrolyze the waste solids. The difference is that this kind of pyrolysis machine, produced by our Jinzhen company, is used to pyrolyze waste plastic, such as PE, ABS, and so on. It converts the plastic into pyrolysis oil, carbon black, and syngas.

The working process of the plastic pyrolysis machine is described below:

1. Put the waste plastic into the pyrolysis reactor; you can do it manually or use an auto feeder.

2. After feeding the plastic, close the reactor door, and start to heat the pyrolysis reactor. When the temperature of the pyrolysis reactor reaches a certain point, usually it is about 120-150℃,  oil gas will be generated.

3. The oil gas will go through the pipe, enter the cooling system, then be cooled down to liquid pyrolysis oil, store in the oil tank. There are some oil gases which can not be cooled; we call them non-condensable gases. These oil gases will go through the waste gas pipe and then reach the furnace to heat the pyrolysis reactor again.

4. After finishing the pyrolysis process, carbon black will be discharged by the slag discharge devices.

5. Use the dust removal system to deal with the flue gas generated in the pyrolysis process to remove the solid particles contained in the flue gas.

After the pyrolysis process, you will obtain pyrolysis oil, carbon black, and flammable gas.

1. Pyrolysis oil(Plastic oil) can be widely used in iron and steel, boiler plants, ceramics, electric power, chemical industry, or hotels, guesthouses, and other industries, as fuel oil or generator sets.
