The process of pyrolysis performed by plastic to oil machine is very simple, usually 3-4 steps to produce the final product.

(1) The plastic is directly loaded into the reactor. After the filling is completed, the feed door is closed.

(2) Start heating the reactor. When the temperature reaches about 200, oil and gas begin to be produced.

(3) The oil and gas enter the cooling sky pipe through the air bag, and then enter the box cooling. After sufficient cooling, the oil and gas are transformed into plastic oil.

(4) The gas that cannot be cooled is called non-condensable gas, which enters the furnace to heat the reactor after being sealed by the safety water. The effective use of non-condensable gas can save the heating cost of pyrolysis equipment.

(5) The flue gas produced by heating can reach the national emission standard after passing through the dust removal system.
