The Working Process
1. Put the waste plastics into the reactor.
2. Heat the reactor by using fuel materials, such as coal, charcoal, fuel gas, wood, etc. The reactor will be slowly heated, and when the temperature reaches a certain point, the oil gas will be produced.
3. A part of the oil and gas will go to the condensing system to form liquid oil. The gas that can not be liquefied under normal pressure will go back to the combustion system. It can be used as a fuel material to heat the reactor, which will. Save energy for the whole working process.
4. After finishing oil production, the temperature of the reactor will be down. After a few hours, carbon black will be discharged automatically.
5. Lastly, the smoke produced from the reactor can achieve the national emission standard after being processed by the dedusting system.
Final product usage of the pyrolysis machine
After the pyrolysis process finishes, there are three kinds of materials: pyrolysis oil(plastic oil), carbon black, and non-condensable gas.
1. Pyrolysis oil: It is also known as pyrolysis oil, fuel oil, or heating oil. It is directly used in industrial heating, such as steel plants, glass plants, cement plants, and so on. The calorific value is about 9800-10500 kcal. The calorific value varies considerably depending on the type of plastic.S content: 100-1000 ppm, Density: 0.8205 g/cm³. You can refer to this data.
