1. GX type: There are seven specifications of screw diameters including 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600mm. Corresponding conveying system for one-way conveying with horizontal or inclination angle less than 20°.

2. LS type: LS type press conveyor is a replacement product of GX type Spiral Conveyor. The screw diameter is 100-1250mm, there are eleven specifications, and the driving mode has two forms of single-end drive and double-end drive. ; The length of the LS type screw feeder is every 0.5m, and the corresponding conveying system can be formed according to different site needs. Like the GX type Spiral Conveyor, it is used for one-way conveying with a horizontal or inclination angle less than 20°.

 

 

 

 

Spiral Conveyor is mainly composed of driving device, head assembly, casing, shaftless spiral body, tank lining plate, feeding port, discharging port, machine cover (when necessary), base and so on.
1. Driving device: Cycloidal pinwheel reducer or shaft-mounted hard-tooth surface gear reducer is used. In the design, the driving device should be set at the end of the discharge port as much as possible, so that the screw body is in a tension state during operation.
2. The head is equipped with a thrust bearing, which can bear the axial force generated when conveying materials.
3. Chassis: The chassis is U-shaped or O-shaped, with a rain-proof cover on the upper part, and the material is stainless steel or carbon steel or glass fiber reinforced plastic.
4. Shaftless spiral body: the material is stainless steel or carbon steel.
5. Tank lining board: the material is wear-resistant plastic plate or rubber plate or cast stone plate, etc.
6. Inlet and outlet: There are two kinds of square and round. Generally, the form of inlet and outlet is determined by the user.

1. When the screw shaft rotates, due to the gravity of the material and the frictional force generated by the tank wall, the material can only move forward along the groove bottom of the conveyor under the push of the blade, and it seems that it cannot rotate. The nut moves in translation along the rotating screw.

2. The movement of materials in the intermediate bearing depends on the thrust of the materials advancing behind them. Therefore, the transportation of materials in the conveyor is all a sliding movement.

3. In order to make the screw shaft in a more favorable tension state, the drive device and the discharge port are generally placed at the same end of the conveyor, and the feed port is placed as close as possible to the tail of the other end.

4. The rotating screw blade pushes the material for conveying, so that the force that the material does not rotate with the Spiral Conveyor blade is the weight of the material itself and the frictional resistance of the Spiral Conveyor casing to the material.

5. The surface type of the blade includes solid surface type, belt type surface type, blade surface type and other types according to the different conveying materials. The screw shaft of the Spiral Conveyor has a thrust bearing at the end of the material moving direction to give the screw axial reaction force with the material. When the length of the machine is long, an intermediate hanging bearing should be added.

6. The tubular Spiral Conveyor is mainly used for horizontal and vertical conveying of various powdery, granular and small pieces of loose materials.

7. The material will produce friction on the side wall of the tubular Spiral Conveyor, so it is very important to choose the size of the reducer and motor to drive the tubular Spiral Conveyor. As for the feeding method of the tubular Spiral Conveyor, the material must be fed into Jiaolong from the feeding port at first. Many manufacturers use this method to realize the feeding work.

 

 

1. Regularly check whether the transmission chain of the Spiral Conveyor is worn or not. If there is any abnormality, please replace it in time.

2. Check whether the link bolts of the chain plates of the Spiral Conveyor are tightened. If they are loose, they should be tightened in time.

3. Check the tension of the transmission chain of the Spiral Conveyor. Too loose and too tight will easily lead to bearing wear.

4. Regularly check whether the lubricating oil of the chain conveyor reducer needs to be added.

5. There must be no foreign matter in the Spiral Conveyor, which may easily cause chain jams, etc., and should be cleaned up in time.

6. Frequent startup, overload startup and full-load startup are prohibited.

 

 

1. Before starting the Spiral Conveyor, carefully check whether there is any remaining dust and debris in the machine groove;

2. The feeding must be uniform;

3. A screen should be added to the feed port of the Spiral Conveyor;

4. The machine slot and machine slot cover must be careful;

5. Before shutting down, the materials in the machine should be unloaded as much as possible;

6. When the machine stops in the middle of the operation, the materials in the machine should be unloaded as much as possible, and the materials in the machine cannot be discharged in time;

7. Regularly check the wear of the spiral blades;

8. Each lubricating part of the conveyor should be lubricated in strict accordance with the requirements;

9. When making harsh noises, it should be checked in time;

10. The bearings at both ends of the Spiral Conveyor should be strictly sealed;

11. Pay close attention to monitor the temperature exceeding the allowable temperature.
