Belt Scraper Conveyor

The Belt scraper conveyor is that the open chute is used as a bearing member for coal, gangue, or materials, and the scraper is fixed on the chain (composed of a scraper chain) as a traction member.

(1) Transmission system

The transmission system consists of a motor, a reducer, and a coupling, which is the power part of the Belt scraper conveyor. The layout of the transmission system has two basic forms, vertical type and horizontal type, and can also be adjusted according to the site location. In order to facilitate installation, a chassis for installing the motor and reducer is designed under the transmission device.

The main function of the nose frame is to support the head wheel assembly.

(3) Middle slot

The middle groove is the main body of the Belt scraper conveyor, and has the function of supporting the material and guiding the scraper chain.

(4) Tailstock

The tailstock mainly supports the tail wheel assembly and the tensioning device.

(5) Tail wheel assembly

The tail wheel assembly is composed of a shaft, sprocket, and bearing.
