Standard Chip Conveyor

The Standard chip conveyor can be used for horizontal conveying, inclined conveying, and vertical lifting. According to the characteristics of the material and the conditions of use, when the Standard chip conveyor is vertically lifted, the material is subjected to the pressure of the scraper chain in the moving direction, which generates lateral pressure in the material, forming the internal friction force of the material. At the same time, due to the continuous feeding of the lower horizontal section, the lower material successively produces a pushing force on the upper material. This frictional force and pushing force are enough to overcome the external frictional resistance caused by the material moving in the machine groove and the weight of the material itself, so that the material forms a continuous and integral material flow and is lifted.

3. Long service life and low cost. The normal service life of the conveyor chain is > 5 years. The service life of the roller on the chain is 2-3 years.

5. Flexible process layout. It is allowed to select various forms of inlet and outlet at any position of the casing, which can be arranged elevated, on the ground, or in a low pit; It can be transported by climbing or tilting (15 degrees).
