1. The scraper is dragged by a single high-strength mining ring chain, and driven by a concave sprocket, which has the characteristics of large load capacity, long chain life and high strength.

2. The chain can be automatically tensioned, which can ensure that the chain is always in a moderately tensioned state for a long time, eliminating the need for manual and frequent tension operations.

3. The return section of the chain and scraper is supported by the supporting rollers, which not only saves effort and reduces wear, but also helps the chain to automatically tighten and slide through the automatic change of deflection between several supporting rollers of the chain.

4. If the driving mechanism is carried on the upper part of the machine head and integrated with the casing, the overall installation can be freely placed and operated on the spot without the use of anchor bolts.

5. The running speed can be controlled by a combination of YVP series motor and inverter, which is the most advanced speed regulation method.

6. The feeding method adopts the large size on both sides to enter through the shunt, so that the return chain and scraper are isolated from the feeding material, and conveyed forward with the same large-sized material layer thickness. (1) Transmission system

The transmission system consists of a motor, a reducer and a coupling, which is the power part of the Chain scraper. In order to facilitate installation, a chassis for installing the motor and reducer is designed under the transmission device.

(3) Head wheel assembly

The head wheel assembly is composed of a transmission shaft, a sprocket and a bearing part. The sprocket is connected to the drive shaft by a key, and the power output by the reducer is transmitted to the scraper chain through the drive shaft and the sprocket, so that the scraper chain can perform infinitely closed circular motion.

(4) Scraper chain

The scraper chain is composed of chain, connecting ring and scraper. The scraper is connected and fixed on the chain through the connecting ring, and the material is transported by the pushing or pulling of the scraper.

(5) Middle slot

The middle groove is the main body of the Chain scraper, and has the function of supporting the material and guiding the scraper chain.

(6) Tailstock

The tailstock mainly supports the tail wheel assembly and the tensioning device.

(7) Tail wheel assembly

The tail wheel assembly is composed of shaft, sprocket and bearing.

(8) Tensioning device

The main function of the tensioning device is to pull the bearing seat of the tail sprocket through the screw rod, so that the tail sprocket moves backward to tension the scraper chain.
