Dry Powder Granular Material Plate Chain Bucket Elevator is a widely used vertical lifting equipment, which is suitable for vertical transportation of medium, large, and abrasive materials (such as limestone, cement clinker, gypsum, lump coal). The material temperature is 150 ℃ by self-flow charging and gravity discharging. The chain is a plate chain, which is wear-resistant and reliable.

Feature

1. Wide range of promotion. This type of elevator has fewer requirements on the type, characteristics, and bulk of the material; it can elevate powdery, granular, and block materials; it can elevate abrasive materials; it can elevate high temperature materials with a temperature < 250 degrees.

2. Large conveying capacity. The lifting capacity can reach 15-800 m³/h.

3. Low energy consumption. This type of bucket elevator adopts inflow feeding, gravity-induced discharging, and densely arranged large-capacity hopper transportation. The chain speed is low, the lifting capacity is large, and there is almost no material return phenomenon, so the driving power is small, and the theoretical calculation shaft power is 25%-45% of the chain hoist.

4. Long service life. This type of elevator adopts inflow feeding, and there is little extrusion and collision between materials, and there is no scattering during feeding, lifting, and unloading, which prevents abrasive wear. The conveyor chain adopts a plate chain type high-strength wear-resistant chain, which prolongs the service life of the chain and chain bucket.
