Product Introduction
The fully continuous waste tire pyrolysis device includes waste tire pretreatment system, continuous feeding system, continuous cracking system, automatic slag discharge system, automatic PLC control system, etc. The main part is the continuous pyrolysis system. The continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant is used to process waste tires into fuel oil, carbon black and non-condensable gas. Fuel oil and carbon black can be sold directly or further processed, and non-condensable gas can be used as heating fuel for the cracking furnace. This continuous device for pyrolysis of waste tires can keep running 24 hours a day, thus saving energy and time. Greatly reduce the customer's operating costs.
Working Process
1. Before the pyrolysis of the tire, the tire needs to be crushed, and then the waste tire is first crushed into rubber powder. Remove the wire from the tire.
2. Transfer the rubber powder to the feed bin, and then automatically transfer it to the cracking reactor through the screw conveyor;
3. The continuously designed rolling propulsion device in the reactor enables the rubber powder to continuously roll forward 360 degrees.
4. The rubber powder obtains heat in the heated reactor for thermal cracking and catalytic cracking, and vaporizes oil gas;
5. Oil gas are purified by oil and gas in the sedimentation tank.
6. The purified oil gas enter the condenser and be cooled into tire oil;
7. The non-liquefiable part burns into the heating system through the gas purification system; at the same time, the carbon black will be automatically discharged.
8. If it is necessary to refine oil, the tire oil can be distilled to produce diesel and gasoline.
