The heavy oil enters the burner in two ways, namely swirl oil and axial flow oil, similar to the internal and external air of the burner. The swirl oil is distributed in a circular shape on the outside; the axial flow oil is a columnar straight jet in the middle. When it reaches the head of the spray gun, it converges in one way, and enters the kiln through the spray hole of the atomizing sheet. The atomizing sheet is divided into various specifications according to the size of the spray hole. During the heating and feeding process, the atomizing tablets of different specifications should be replaced as needed. The structure of the burner at the end of the kiln is the same as that of the kiln head, but the proportion of internal air is much larger than that of the external air. The difference between the oil inlet pipe and the burner at the kiln head is that one way is for oil intake, and the other way is for oil return. The kiln tail burner uses 8.4mm atomizing sheet, and the fuel injection rate is 10 00014 OOOL/h>* the fuel injection rate is 2 SOOL/h.

 

 

 

1. The flame stabilizer is used, so that the root of the flame can maintain a relatively stable eddy current cycle, reduce the rotation of the inner wind, and then reduce the primary air volume by half.

2. The external net air has intermittent rectangular straight air jets, which become annular gap jets after reaching the front of the equipment, and increasing the area of the annular gap can increase the flame and increase the average temperature in the furnace.

3. The flame hood is used to prevent the heavy oil mixed in the air flow from dispersing at will to form a suffocating effect. The flame shape is more scientific and reasonable, preventing the high temperature of the kiln head and increasing the service life of the back iron at the kiln mouth.

4. The central wind blows the high-temperature gas near the nozzle back, which not only cools the inside of the nozzle, but also cools the end face, thereby protecting the head of the heavy oil burner and increasing the service life of the equipment.

5. The swirling blade is installed in front of the inner air duct and 2cm away from the front of the outer air duct wall, which has the function of closing the flame and preventing the high temperature of the kiln head. It can adjust the first handle of the heavy oil burner. The part of the swirl blade is fixed at the "6" position of the scale when it leaves the factory. The adjustment range is 0-6cm, and there is no negative value. The inner wind swirl can only be pulled back. , to increase the flame.
