The function of the ignition system of the heavy oil burner is to ignite the mixture of air and fuel, and its main components are transformers, ignition electrodes, and electric high-voltage cables. Ignition transformers are divided into electronic and mechanical (inductive) types. They are conversion components that generate high-voltage output. The output voltage is generally 2% 205KV, 2% 206KV, 2% 207KV, and the transmission current is generally 15~30mA.

The ignition electrode converts high-voltage electrical energy into light energy and thermal energy in the form of arc discharge to ignite the fuel. Generally, there are two types: single type and split type. The role of electric fire high-voltage cables is to transmit electrical energy. It can withstand 1.5 million volts.

The fuel system of the Diesel heavy oil burner mainly includes:

oil pipe and joint, oil pump, solenoid valve, nozzle, heavy oil preheater. Gas burners mainly include filters, pressure regulators, Xiaoyi Dayi valve groups, and ignition solenoid valve groups.

The electronic control system of the heavy oil burner is the command center and contact center of the above systems. The main control element is the program controller, which is equipped with different program controllers for different burners.

 

Before using a Diesel heavy oil burner, note the following:

1. During the debugging process, pay attention to the high temperature of the heavy oil to avoid scalding people.

2. Do not do open flame operations such as welding on site.

3. If it fails to ignite several times, find out the reason, and then ignite after improvement.

4. Observe whether the flame is normal or not with partial fire and coking.

5. Observe whether the adjusted output meets the requirements.

6. After debugging, the customer should be taught the use and precautions, and the user should be trained to establish the operation process.

7. Stop boils for a long time every day, and change to light oil for about ten minutes to prevent residual heavy oil.

• The components adopt effective protective measures, which can adapt to the harsh operating environment of the asphalt mixing plant, effectively eliminate hidden troubles and ensure a high degree of safety.
• Two control modes of constant pressure and constant frequency are used to control the fuel injection quantity, precisely control the air-oil ratio, and the combustion efficiency is higher. The adaptive control technology is adopted to automatically compensate for the deviation of the air-oil ratio of the burner caused by the wear of the fuel pump, so as to prolong the service life of the fuel pump.
