Introduction Of Waste Oil Distillation Plant
The waste oil is added to the distillation furnace, heated to the working temperature, and the oil and gas are distilled out. The oil and gas enter the condenser through the catalytic tower, the liquefied part is condensed into gasoline or diesel, and the non-liquefied part is sent to the heating system for combustion through the exhaust gas recovery system. The gasoline or diesel enters the sedimentation tank for filtration to produce refined oil.
The diesel oil is then precipitated, and the color of the precipitated refined oil is more translucent. It can be directly used in agricultural machinery, construction machinery or construction machinery.
