Waste Oil Distillation Plant

 

The waste oil is added to the distillation furnace, heated to the working temperature, and the oil and gas are distilled out. The oil and gas enter the condenser through the catalytic tower, the liquefied part is condensed into gasoline or diesel, and the non-liquefied part is sent to the heating system for combustion through the exhaust gas recovery system. The gasoline or diesel enters the sedimentation tank for filtration to produce refined oil.

The diesel oil is then precipitated, and the color of the precipitated refined oil is more translucent. It can be directly used in agricultural machinery, construction machinery or construction machinery.

1. The reaction kettle adopts automatic welding machine, and adopts two-sided welding, which ensures the quality of the weld and avoids air leakage.

2. Professional heat treatment and X-ray inspection room, quality inspection of each unit before heating.

3. Multi-layer safety device: safety water seal, negative pressure system, safety valve, alarm, etc.

4. Box-type cooling, after a sudden power failure, it can continue to run without stopping.

1. Material: Q345R boiler steel plate, thickness 18mm-20mm.

2. Welding: Automatic welding machine with heat treatment and x-ray inspection to maximize the life of the reactor.

 

High oil yield:

1. The three-stage cooling process ensures that the oil and gas are fully liquefied.

2. When the oil and gas passes through the condenser, it is divided into several parts by the small tube in the condenser and cooled separately.

 

Energy saving:

1. The burner adopts both oil and gas, which can be effectively converted.

2. Non-condensable gas recovery is used for heating fuel in the furnace of the distillation kettle, saving operating costs.
