2. The waste oil is gradually heated up in the distillation unit. When the temperature of the waste oil reaches 50°C, the water in the waste oil begins to be distilled out. The distilled water vapor is cooled by the water and gasoline condenser, and the cooled water and gasoline will enter the water. , gasoline collection tank.

When the temperature reaches 100 ℃, the gasoline components in the waste oil will be gradually distilled out, and the distilled gasoline will be cooled by the water and the gasoline condenser to obtain coarse gasoline.

3. When the temperature reaches 160 °C, the valve of the gasoline production line is closed at this time, and it is switched to the diesel production line. As the temperature of the waste oil gradually increases, the light components in the waste oil are gradually distilled out, and then pass through the high-efficiency catalytic device. After the condenser is cooled, diesel fuel is obtained.

4. When the temperature of the waste oil reaches 260 °C, the heavier components in the waste oil are distilled out by the balance car, and then pass through the high-efficiency catalytic device. The high-efficiency catalytic device will catalytically crack these heavier components, and the oil and gas after catalytic cracking It will enter the catalytic conversion device, add a certain amount of auxiliary agent at the auxiliary inlet of the catalytic conversion device, and the oil and gas after adding the auxiliary agent will re-enter the high-efficiency catalytic device through the catalytic output pump for re-catalytic cracking, so that we can get the quality Higher diesel oil and gas, the oil and gas will be cooled by the diesel condenser to get liquid diesel. Filter all the diesel oil to get the finished diesel oil.

5. When the temperature of the waste oil reaches 410°C, start the residual oil pump and output the residual oil in the distillation kettle, that is, the operation is completed, and the obtained residual oil can be used as heavy fuel oil. The non-condensable gas generated during the distillation, catalysis and cracking of waste oil is returned to the furnace for combustion in the heating furnace, and the flue gas after combustion is treated. The treated flue gas meets the emission standard and is discharged.
