Oil Recycling Machines

 

1) Burn the preheater first, use the flue to heat the distillation reactor, and pass the flue gas into the preheater.

2) Then, the waste oil preheated by the preheater is injected into the distillation reactor through the oil pump, and the heated waste oil is subject to distillation and pyrolysis.

3) Then enter the fractionating tower to fractionate the high-temperature oil and gas.

4) The upper air outlet is mainly composed of light oil and gas components, which are introduced into the shell and tube condenser for cooling. The middle air outlet is composed of oil and gas components, which are introduced into another shell and tube condenser. A port is set at the top of the preheating tank, which is introduced into the third shell and tube condenser.

5) Condensate the above three kinds of oil and gas respectively. Three condensers correspond to three oil tanks.

6) The non condensable gas passes through the safety water seal, also known as the flame arrester, and then the non condensable gas enters the furnace as fuel to heat the distilling furnace. Thus, the operation cost of distillation equipment can be saved.
