The pyrolysis oil distillation and cracking technology is to perform circulating heating and distillation of the pyrolysis oil to be treated through oil pumps, preheating tanks and reactors, and catalytic devices. The generated oil vapor is converted into gasoline and diesel after three-stage cooling. The non-condensable gas is used as fuel to heat the distillation furnace, and the flue gas is discharged through dust removal to ensure zero emission of exhaust gas. The remaining waste residue is reused as fuel to prevent the waste residue from polluting the environment. Pyrolysis oil can be refined into valuable diesel oil through catalytic cracking and high temperature distillation technology. It is a method based on a combination of liquid and gas. After the pyrolysis oil is distilled by the distiller, the color of the oil is light yellow, and the color is translucent, and it is not easy to return to color.

Working Process

 

1. Use the oil pump to pump the waste oil into the preheating tank.

2. When the temperature reaches 100 degrees, the water in the waste oil is first distilled.

3. The oil in the preheating tank is then pumped into the distillation reactor.

4. Heating the reactor, the liquid oil slowly turns into oil and gas, the oil and gas pass through the catalytic chamber and the condenser, and then the gasoline is cooled first by controlling the temperature above 200 degrees Celsius.

5. Cooling when the diesel temperature exceeds 200 degrees Celsius, and the rest of the system is the same as the cracking system.
