Waste Oil Distillation

 

 

Raw material: Tire oil, pyrolysis oil, waste oil, waste diesel, used motor oil, plastic oil etc.

Final products: ----- diesel oil, gasoline, heavy oil

The main products are diesel oil which can be used as diesel fuel to diesel burners or generators or diesel oil into the car after blending with standard diesel oil.

Capacity : 1ton --- 100 tons per day.

 

 

 

1) Burn the preheater first, use the flue to heat the distillation reactor, and pass the flue gas into the preheater.

2) Then, the waste oil preheated by the preheater is injected into the distillation reactor through the oil pump, and the heated waste oil is subject to distillation and pyrolysis.

3) Then enter the fractionating tower to fractionate the high-temperature oil and gas.

4) The upper air outlet is mainly composed of light oil and gas components, which are introduced into the shell and tube condenser for cooling. The middle air outlet is composed of oil and gas components, which are introduced into another shell and tube condenser. A port is set at the top of the preheating tank, which is introduced into the third shell and tube condenser.

5) Condensate the above three kinds of oil and gas respectively. Three condensers correspond to three oil tanks.

6) The non condensable gas passes through the safety water seal, also known as the flame arrester, and then the non condensable gas enters the furnace as fuel to heat the distilling furnace. Thus, the operation cost of distillation equipment can be saved.

3. Non-condensable gas system

---Its function is to heat the distillation furnace as a fuel to save operating costs.

--- Its function is to remove the acid, odor and dust in the flue gas, so that the flue gas entering the air is clean and pollution-free.

5. Carbon black discharge system

---We adopt a fully sealed automatic discharge system to ensure that no carbon black is flying out, and the whole process is completely pollution-free.

 

 

 

(1) The operation cost is low, and the non condensable gas generated in operation can be used as fuel.

(2) The equipment is easy to operate with low labor intensity. Only 1 worker/shift is required.

(3) Process and distill various waste oils, such as waste diesel oil, waste engine oil, various waste engine oil, waste plastic oil, tire oil, etc.

(4) The product oil is of high quality, and the cracked diesel oil can be used in industry, civil use, and even diesel engines.

(5) Good environmental protection effect. The equipment will not produce waste smoke, waste water, etc. during operation.

(6) High oil yield, up to 75% - 90% (based on the oil content of raw oil)
