working principle of Fully Continuous Pyrolysis Tyre Machine

The rubber powder is transported into the hopper through the elevator, and then into the continuous pyrolysis reactor through the screw conveyor. As the continuous pyrolysis reactor rotates, the rubber powder slowly moves forward. The heating system heats the continuous pyrolysis reactor, and the rubber powder is cracked in the reactor. The oil gas enter the gas separation bag after oil gas purification. After precipitation and filtration, it enters the condensation system to obtain liquid oil. The non-condensable gas enters the combustion and heating system through the safety device. The rubber powder moves with the rotation of the reactor, and the rubber powder is cracked into carbon black, which is discharged, cooled, and bagged along the slag screw.
