Pre-processing → Tires shredded into small chips (2-5cm).

 

Continuous Feeding → Auto-conveyor feeds chips into the reactor.

 

Pyrolysis → Heated to 300-500°C in oxygen-free chamber.

 

Vapor Condensation → Oil gas cooled into liquid fuel.

 

Gas Recycling → Non-condensable syngas fuels the reactor.

 

Automatic Discharge → Carbon black removed continuously.
