The methanol burner developed by Zhengzhou Odifei Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. has ended the history that the previous burner could not burn alcohol-based fuels. The energy-saving methanol fuel burner controller can work more sensitively without destroying the flame stabilization plate structure of the burner. In view of the corrosiveness of alcohol-based fuels, an anti-corrosion pure copper solenoid valve is specially developed. The solenoid valve circuit adopts (programmable controller) integrated circuit vector control output, so it can avoid the magnetic saturation of the coil, control the magnetic flux of the coil, and suppress the starting current of the coil at the same time. , Proper control of power supply voltage, current and frequency can ensure that the solenoid valve operates 24 hours a day under high temperature and harsh conditions. The piping system adopts an all-copper design, without gong wire joints and raw material belts, and uses anti-corrosion and high-temperature resistant glue at the joints. The parts of this machine have been treated with special high temperature paint and corrosion resistance, and all the lines are made of high temperature resistant cables, making them durable and beautiful. The distance from the first stage of fire to the second stage of fire is 10 seconds, and the detected failure is stopped for 0.8 seconds. The oil circuit adopts a double protection system to prevent safety accidents caused by fuel leakage. Both the oil circuit and the gas circuit are equipped with a built-in filter system. This machine can burn all kinds of fuels with calorific value.

Maintenance

 

The burner does not require special maintenance, but the following should always be done:

1. Cut off the power supply, remove the electric eye, and wipe it with a clean dry cloth.

2. Remove the fuel injector and carefully clean it with gasoline or trichloroethylene. Note that only wood and plastic tools can be used, not metal tools. After 2000 hours of normal operation, the fuel injector should be replaced.

3. Carefully clean the oil filter on the fuel injector.

4. Remove the cyclone, remove the soot on the cyclone and in the combustion head, and make the air flow channel unobstructed.

5. Carefully clean the electrodes, scrape off the ash and carbon deposits, and correct the position and distance between the two electrodes.

6. Carefully clean the filter in the oil pump.

7. Clean the oil filter and the oil tank. If the filter screen is found to be damaged, it should be replaced in time. If there are many deposits in the oil tank, it should be cleaned.

8. If necessary, clean the flue of the boiler and chimney.

 

Note: The casing of the burner cannot be cleaned with organic solvents (such as: alcohol, acetone, banana water), but only with a mixture of water and detergent. Qiku should always pay attention to the oil level in the oil tank, and it is not allowed to lower to the specified position, so as not to damage the oil pump.

 

Burner Faults And Troubleshooting Methods
