The fuel system of the oil burner mainly includes: oil pipe and joint, oil pump, solenoid valve, nozzle, heavy oil preheater. Gas burners mainly include filters, pressure regulators, solenoid valve groups, ignition solenoid valve groups, and fuel butterfly valves.

The electronic control system is the command center and contact center of the above systems. The main control element is the program controller. Different burners are equipped with different program controllers. The common program controllers are: LFL series, LAL series, LOA series, LGB series, the main difference is that the time of each program step is different.

1. It is suitable for high-pressure atomization device for heavy oil, crude oil and other high-viscosity oils. The automatic air volume adjustment is realized through the servo adjustment device to achieve good atomization and combustion performance;

2. Equipped with a fuel preheater with automatic temperature control device to preheat fuel to reduce viscosity and improve fuel atomization;

3. Adopting the self-circulation preheating and heat preservation system of the fuel pipeline, the unique preheating cycle drip valve design ensures that the entire pipeline participates in the preheating cycle and avoids oil clogging the fuel pipeline;

4. For the application of high-viscosity fuel oil in cold areas, the heat tracing and valve seat heating devices are specially designed to prevent the external valve and pipe fittings from condensing;

5. The light oil or gas auxiliary ignition system is specially designed to effectively avoid the occurrence of hidden dangers caused by the difficulty of ignition of heavy (crude) oil fuel;

6. For medium oil with high viscosity and impurities, an independent screw oil pump is used to fully adapt to the transmission characteristics of poor oil.

7. Easy maintenance structure:

The nozzle and flame stabilization device are assembled together, and maintenance can be carried out easily without removing the burner.
