Complete process flow of the Oil Distillation Equipment
The standard process flow for Jinzhen's waste oil distillation equipment is as follows:
Step 1: Feeding
Raw materials do not require the removal of impurities such as sediment, water, or iron wire; they are loaded directly into the high-temperature, atmospheric-pressure cracking processor.
Step 2: Catalytic Heating and Cracking
The raw materials are heated in the refining reactor, generating oil vapor.
Step 3: Single Pyrolysis with Dual Catalysis
Jinzhen has designed a process featuring single pyrolysis and dual catalysis. A catalytic tower-equipped with a proprietary gas-phase catalyst-is installed to significantly upgrade the quality of the oil product.
Step 4: High-Efficiency Condensation
Oil gas is cooled via a condenser. The Jinzhen system features a 41m² circulating cooling pool and a cooling tower; internal fans accelerate the cooling of the gas within the pipes, effectively increasing the oil yield. Non-condensable gases are routed to the bottom of the processor to serve as fuel for the combustion system.
Step 5: Fractional Distillation and Refining
The condensed oil mixture is heated in a fractionation processor. Oil vapor is generated through catalytic reforming and then fractionated into base fuel oil via a condenser. Subsequent processes-including catalytic stirring, sedimentation, and filtration-yield high-quality fuel, with the resulting diesel meeting national standards.
Step 6: Tail Gas Treatment
During heating, flue gas generated by the furnace's combustion system undergoes desulfurization and dust removal. It passes through a desulfurization dust collector and a water-film dust collector to remove sulfur and particulate matter. Finally, an exhaust fan discharges the colorless, odorless gas into the atmosphere. Equipment such as desulfurization dust collectors, water-film dust collectors, and bag filters captures dust and sulfur dioxide from the exhaust, ensuring compliance with national emission standards.
