Working Principle Of Tyre Pyrolysis Oil To Diesel

The pyrolysis tyre oil distillation and cracking technology is to perform circulating heating and distillation of the pyrolysis oil to be treated through oil pumps, preheating tanks and reactors, and catalytic devices. The generated oil vapor is converted into gasoline and diesel after three-stage cooling. The non-condensable gas is used as fuel to heat the distillation furnace, and the flue gas is discharged through dust removal to ensure zero emission of exhaust gas. The remaining waste residue is reused as fuel to prevent the waste residue from polluting the environment.
