Introduction Of Tyre Pyrolysis Oil Price
Waste motor oil/tyre pyrolysis oil can be refined into valuable diesel oil by catalytic cracking and high temperature distillation technology. It is a method based on a combination of distillation and catalysis. After being distilled in a distillation furnace, the color of the oil is light yellow, and the obtained diesel oil does not need acid and alkali washing, and can be directly sold or used after being precipitated in a sedimentation tank.
End Product
After the tire pyrolysis oil is refined by the distillation furnace, the proportion of the finished product is:
diesel 65%-70%,
gasoline 10-15%,
non-condensable gas 5%-8%,
Slag 5%-10%.

Systems
1. Preheating tank: remove the moisture in the raw oil.
2. Distillation furnace: Refine the preheated waste oil.
3. Heating system: The oil temperature reaches the set value by burning coal or fuel oil.
4. Catalytic system: Combining liquid catalysis and gaseous catalysis to obtain gasoline and diesel compositions.
5. Cooling system: Cool the oil and gas to make it liquid.
