There are 11 fixed knives installed on the tire shredder, and 44 detachable embedded movable knives are installed on the rotating knife shaft, and the movable knives can be used on both sides. After they are blunt, they are removed and replaced, and the knives are sharpened until both sides are blunt. Because it is a claw-type movable knife and rotary cutting, and the fixed knife and movable knife are made of SKD11 imported from Japan, the hardness after heat treatment is more than HRC60°, so the service life is long, the cutting ability is strong, and the production capacity is high, and the normal use can reach 1000 times need to be sharpened only when the machine is over 1000 tons. It is used with conveyor belts, two-stage crushers, wire separators, nylon separators, and pulverizers, so it can be automated, rationalized and labor-saving. Generally, the equipment is fixed on the ground with expansion screws, and the empty machine is started for the first time. Check whether the equipment is deformed or damaged during transportation. During operation, add lubricating oil to the bearing and reducer, and operate normally. First open the discharge conveyor, and then jog the equipment until the whole set of equipment runs.

Check the bearing lubrication at the beginning of each shift, and carefully clean the equipment at the end of each shift.
