One set of tire crusher rubber machine consists of a motor, a hardened gear reducer, a rotary cutter shaft, imported moving cutters, fixed cutters, a frame, a base, a housing, and a working platform. 

The moving blade body thickness is available in 15mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 85mm, and 100mm, and the number of claws is available in single, double, triple, and multi-claw configurations. The blade body can be selected according to the particle size of the material after crushing.

It can shred hard metal materials such as corrugated steel sheets, oil drums, paint drums, car shells, motorcycle engine shells, and car oil filters. It can also shred and crush car tires and large PE pipes. It is a multi-functional shredder.

The Tire Crusher Rubber Machine features a fixed blade mounted on the frame, and removable, embedded moving blades on the rotating cutter shaft. The number of moving blades depends on the model and size of the rotating cutter shaft. Each moving blade has four usable faces; once dull, they are removed, and the angles are changed until all four faces are dull before sharpening. Because it uses claw-type moving blades and rotary cutting, and both the fixed and moving blades are made of imported SKD11 material with a heat-treated hardness exceeding HRC60°, it boasts a long service life, strong cutting ability, and high production capacity. Under normal use, it only requires sharpening after handling over 1000 tons. The Tire Crusher Rubber Machine employs PLC programmable control, offering a high degree of automation and ease of operation.
