The Waste tire cracking equipment is used to dispose of the waste tire to tire oil, carbon black, Non condensable gas and steel wire through pyrolysis technology. The tire oil used as a fuel in steel factory, glass factory, brick factories, chemical industries and other industries. Carbon Black can be used for construction bricks or make into briquette. 1. Fuel Oil ( about 40%-45%)

the tire oil can be further refined into diesel or gasoline by Waste Tyre pyrolysis machine

2. Carbon Black (about 35%-40%)

The carbon black is about 35% (depending on the types of tyres) of the total amount of the final products. Carbon Black is the another product we can get through the pyrolysis technology. Carbon black can be used as raw material or main ingredient in many industries. Carbon black produced by tires recycling machines is more economical compared with that produced primarily from petroleum.

3. Steel wire (about 12%)

Can be sold directly or reprocessed.

4. Combustible gas (about 8%)

Can be recycled to heat the reactor as fuel, which can save fuel energy for the whole production process.

3. Large ring gear: use the ring gear larger than the inner ring to reduce the torque of the reducer and make the equipment run more stable.

4. Tank-type cooling: According to the oil and gas, different cooling pipes with diameters of 219, 133, and 108 are used, and the two pipes are simultaneously cooled to disperse the oil and gas, so that the cooling is more sufficient and the oil yield is improved. Compared with the tube condenser, the safety factor is higher in the case of power failure.
