Old Tyre Pyrolysis Machine

 

The old tyre pyrolysis plant is also called pyrolysis technology, is a thermo chemical decomposition of organic material at elevated temperatures in the absence of oxygen (or any halogen),When the temperature of the waste tyre in the reactor elevated, they will crack and generate oil gas. As the reactor is well sealing the oil has to go into the transfer pipe, when the oil gas reached condenser in which the temperature is very low, the oil gas will be cooled into liquid. Then the liquid will flow into an oil tank.

 

 

 

1. During the process of the old tyre pyrolysis plant, the plant is very clean and will not generate pollution to the environment. We have a dedusting system to remove dust from the old tyre pyrolysis plant. As mentioned above the oil gas which cannot be condensed will be recycled to heat the reactor. Thus will save the energy and reduce the gas which will make the earth warmer.

2. The cooling system is important for tyre pyrolysi plant. Which decides the oil yield. We use tank cooling. There are 33 cooling pipes inside the water tank. The pipes has diameter 219, 133 and 108. Tyre pyrolysis equipment adopts double intake port to improve cooling efficiency and safety index.
