The fully continuous tyre pyrolysis plant includes a continuous feeding device, a continuous pyrolysis device, an automatic slagging device, a flue-gas treatment device, a PLC control system, and other components. This unit can produce no less than 45%-52% tire pyrolysis oil, 30%-35% carbon black, and 10%-15% steel wire.
Working Process
In order to maintain a continuous feeding and discharging system, it is required that the feed size is less than 10mm and there is no steel wire. Therefore, before the continuous pyrolysis process, the waste tire should be broken into rubber powder, and the steel wire should be removed from the waste tire. For detailed procedures, please refer to the following:
1. Remove the wire
Use a wire rope drawing machine to pull the wire from the waste tire. Or use a ring cutter and a wire separator to remove the wire.
2. Crusher tires
Use a tire shredder or crusher to process the entire large tire into a size less than 10mm without steel wires. The broken tires can be directly connected to the feeding system of the continuous pyrolysis equipment without manual feeding.
3. Continuous pyrolysis process
The shredded tires(also called rubber powder) enter the continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant. After high-temperature cracking, the rubber powder is converted into oil gas. The oil and gas enter the oil gas purification tower along the oil and gas pipeline. The cracked carbon black is automatically discharged with the slag discharge device.
