FU scraper conveyor

 

When the FU scraper conveyor is conveying horizontally, the materials are affected by the pressure of the scraper chain in the moving direction and the weight of the materials, resulting in internal friction between the materials. This friction ensures the stable state between the material layers, and is enough to overcome the external friction caused by the movement of materials in the machine slot, so that the materials form a continuous and integral material flow and are transported.

The FU scraper conveyor is also called a chain conveyor

(1) Transmission system

The transmission system consists of a motor, a reducer, and a coupling, which is the power part of the FU chain conveyor. The layout of the transmission system has two basic forms, vertical type and horizontal type, and can also be adjusted according to the site location. In order to facilitate installation, a chassis for installing the motor and reducer is designed under the transmission device.

(2) nose frame

The main function of the nose frame is to support the head wheel assembly.

(3) Head wheel assembly

The head wheel assembly is composed of a transmission shaft, a sprocket, and a bearing part. The sprocket is connected to the drive shaft by a key, and the power output by the reducer is transmitted to the scraper chain through the drive shaft and the sprocket, so that the scraper chain can perform an infinitely closed circular motion.

(4) Scraper chain

The scraper chain is composed of a chain, a connecting ring, and a scraper. The scraper is connected and fixed on the chain through the connecting ring, and the material is transported by the pushing or pulling of the scraper.

(5) Middle slot

The middle groove is the main body of the FU chain conveyor, and has the function of supporting the material and guiding the scraper chain.

(6) Tailstock

The tailstock mainly supports the tail wheel assembly and the tensioning device.

(7) Tail wheel assembly

The tail wheel assembly is composed of a shaft, sprocket, and bearing.

(8) Tensioning device

The main function of the tensioning device is to pull the bearing seat of the tail sprocket through the screw rod, so that the tail sprocket moves backward to tension the scraper chain.

 

FU scraper conveyor are used throughout almost the entire cement production process.

Raw material handling: Conveying raw meal powder, limestone powder, and clay powder.

Calcination stage: Conveying pulverized coal (to the kiln head for pulverized coal injection).

Finished and semi-finished products: Conveying cement clinker (small blocks), finished cement products, slag powder, and fly ash.

Dust removal system: Collecting and conveying powdered materials discharged from dust collectors at each stage.

(1) After each startup, it should be run without load for a period of time, and the material can be added after the equipment is running normally. The feeding should be kept uniform, and there should be no sudden increase or overload operation.

(2) Unless there are special circumstances, do not stop with a load. Generally, it should be stopped when the material in the standby tank is basically unloaded after the feeding is stopped. If the start-up after emergency stop occurs when the load is full, it must be jogged several times, or the material in the tank must be removed in an appropriate amount. This is especially important for MC and MZ types, and the discharge can be carried out by opening the lower observation cover of the bending section.

(3) If several conveyors are combined into one assembly line, one should be started first, and then start one by one, and the stopping sequence should be opposite to the starting sequence. This can also take electrical interlock control.

(4) The operator should always check all parts of the machine, especially the scraper chain and driving device, should be in good condition. The middle guide rail is seriously worn, etc., and it should be repaired or replaced in time.

(5) During operation, iron parts, large hard objects, sundries, etc., should be strictly prevented from being mixed into the conveyor, to avoid damage to the equipment or other accidents.

(6) Pay attention to keep all bearings and driving parts well lubricated. For the lubrication of each part of the buried scraper conveyor, see the table below. However, it should be noted that the scraper chain, support rail, head wheel, guide wheel, and other components should not be coated with lubricating oil.

(7) Under normal circumstances, the buried scraper conveyor needs to be repaired once a quarter, once every half a year, and once every two years. During overhaul, all parts of the buried scraper conveyor should be removed and cleaned, and the worn parts should be replaced. Motors and reducers are maintained and repaired according to the technical requirements of their respective products.
