The no-load test run shall meet the following requirements

1. The traction parts should operate normally without slippage and offset.

2. After 2 hours of continuous operation, the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 60C.

3. The reducer has no oil leakage, no impact sound, and the coupling is safe and reliable.

4. The installation of electrical equipment is reliable; the no-load power should not exceed 30% of the rated power

 

The load test run shall meet the following requirements

1. The allowable deviation of the conveying capacity is ±10% of the rated conveying capacity.

2. Unloading should be normal, and there should be no significant return phenomenon.

3. When running at full load, the traction parts should not slip, and the motor should not be overloaded.

4. The backstop should be reliable, and when it stops running, there should be no obvious reverse operation;

5. The electrical control is reliable, the motor, the reducer, and the operation is stable.

 

 

The tail shell is full of material, causing the belt to slip or fail to run.

Reason:

1) The material is loaded early, and the motor starts late;

2) The belt slips due to insufficient tension, the belt is loose, and the tension is insufficient;

3) The feeding amount is too large;

4) Large pieces of material fall into the rack, and the hopper is stuck

5) Too much material returned and blocked.

 

Methods to prevent hoist blockage:

1) Strictly follow driving and parking procedures;

2) Adjust the tensioning device to ensure that the traction belt has the necessary tension;

3) The feeding amount of the elevator is moderate and stable.
