L-type Bucket Elevator

The hopper of the  L-type Bucket Elevator scoops up the material from the storage below, along with the conveying chain, which is lifted to the top, and then turns down after bypassing the top wheel. The bucket elevator dumps the material into the receiving tank. The drive belt of the belt-driven bucket elevator generally adopts a roller chain, which is installed on the lower or upper driving drum and the upper and lower redirecting drums. The chain-driven bucket elevator is typically equipped with two parallel transmission chains, featuring a pair of transmission sprockets on either the upper or lower side, and a pair of redirecting sprockets on the opposite side. The bucket elevator is generally equipped with a casing to prevent dust from flying in the bucket elevator.
