3. The user should formulate equipment maintenance and safety operation procedures for the machine. The operator should strictly abide by and do a good job in handover, and carefully check the working conditions of each component during the shift.

4. The feeding to the machine should be uniform and not too much, so as to avoid the lower part being blocked by the material.

5. When the machine is working, all inspection doors must be completely closed, and lighting equipment should be installed at the upper, lower and frequently opened inspection doors. If a fault occurs during the working process, the operation should be stopped immediately to eliminate the fault. When it has little effect on the operation, it should be recorded and eliminated when it is overhauled.

6. The operator should always check the working conditions of each part, but it is absolutely forbidden to clean and repair the running parts of the machine during operation.

7. The tensioning device assembled at the lower part should be adjusted appropriately to ensure that the chain has a considerable working tension. Operators should always pay attention to the working conditions of hoppers and chains, and individual hoppers should be removed and replaced if they are damaged.

8. The machine must be started under no-load, without feeding before stopping, and then stop after unloading.

9. In addition to maintaining normal lubrication and replacing individual damaged parts during the working process of the machine, the defects recorded in use must be removed during maintenance, the damaged parts must be replaced, and the lubricating oil must be replaced.

10. The user can specify the maintenance cycle according to the conditions of the machine.

11. After the hoist is used for a certain period (usually 15-20 days), the lower inspection door should be opened to clean up the accumulated material to avoid material accumulation.

Adjust the handwheel of the landline and tighten the hopper belt.

2. The bearing is dusty and poorly lubricated.

Clean the bearings and add new grease.
