Installation Requirements
1. Divide the bucket elevator box into three parts: the head, the middle and the tail according to the installation number of the box in the drawing, and stick a gasket on the connecting flange of each part and each section.
2. Before the assembly scraper platform is installed, first clean the foundation squat seat of the bucket elevator, and place the flat plate and the wedge-shaped bolster near the anchor bolts, so that the upper surface of the bolster group meets the requirements of the drawing. match.
3. Put the tail box into the anchor bolt, and align the center mark with the center mark of the foundation, put in the washer and nut, and tighten it lightly.
4. Use a measuring instrument to check the verticality and levelness of the box, and adjust the wedge-shaped shim for alignment and leveling. Do not use the elastic nut for adjustment. After the rear box is aligned and in place, tighten the nut. Hoist a section of the middle box connected to the rear box to align the nine tails and fasten them with bolts.
5. The installation of the support bracket of the hoist is completed after the installation of the box, and the welding is in place before the hoisting equipment is evacuated. Weld the remaining parts of the bucket elevator maintenance platform and railing machine in place.
6. According to the drawing, paste the sealing gasket on the discharge conduit of the bucket elevator (round the world) and the flange joint surface, make the conduit in place, and fasten it with bolts. Connect the middle conduit to the upper conduit in place.
7. Paste the sealing gasket on the flange joint surface of the inlet of the ash storage hopper, and try to put it into the inlet feeding pipe, measure the actual connection size, and cut off and adjust the excess part with gas cutting according to the measurement result.
8. Put the feeding conduit of the ash storage hopper in place, fasten the connection with bolts, and weld the intermediate conduit and the feeding conduit of the ash storage hopper in alignment.
9. The feeding conduit of the bucket elevator is installed after the linkage test. Paste the gasket on the flange surface of the outlet guide pipe of the scraper and the flange surface of the inlet of the bucket elevator according to the drawing. Put the material guide pipe, adjustment plate and bucket elevator inlet guide pipe in place, and use bolts to fasten and connect them to the discharge port of the scraper and the feed port of the bucket elevator respectively, and weld the adjustment plate to the two parts. .
