Debugging And Running

2) Preparation before the multi-point unloading feeder.
1. Check whether the on-site transfer switch is turned to "remote control" (on-site start and stop should be turned to "machine side control").

3. Check whether the lubrication condition of each lubricating part is good, and whether the oil level of the reducer is normal.
4. Confirm whether the tension of the lifting chain (tape) is appropriate.
5. Check whether the protective cover of each part is in good condition.

7. Check whether the backstop device is in good condition and whether the slow rotation device is disengaged.

Common Problems
1. The hopper belt slips.
Adjust the handwheel of the landline and tighten the hopper belt.
