2) Preparation before the multi-point unloading feeder.

1. Check whether the on-site transfer switch is turned to "remote control" (on-site start and stop should be turned to "machine side control").

2. Confirm that there is no water, iron and other sundries in the bucket lift, and seal the manhole door.

3. Check whether the lubrication condition of each lubricating part is good, and whether the oil level of the reducer is normal.

4. Confirm whether the tension of the lifting chain (tape) is appropriate.

5. Check whether the protective cover of each part is in good condition.

6. Check whether the reducer, hydraulic coupling and each transmission bearing are short of oil and whether the oil has deteriorated. The deterioration should be replenished or replaced in time.

7. Check whether the backstop device is in good condition and whether the slow rotation device is disengaged.

3) Start of the hoist

1. Before starting, notify the electrician to check whether the switches, low-voltage circuit breakers, AC contactors and thermal relays of the electrical switch cabinet of the hoist to be opened are in good working condition; at the same time, be careful not to unlock at will.

2. Before starting the customized multi-point unloading feeder, the bell must be alarmed to ensure that the equipment is started.

3. Jog the slow drag device to check whether its direction is correct.

4. Start the slow drag device, and check whether the hoist chain (including the plate chain, chain, etc.) and belt is deviated through the deviation display. If there is deviation, adjust the tensioning device so that the belt and chain are in the middle position, and then lock the tensioning device after adjustment.

5. Press the main motor button to observe whether the direction is correct.

6. Start the main motor and observe the operation of the Z-type elevator for multi-point feeding of industrial salt. The on-site operator can leave the on-site control switch after confirming that the hoist is normally started.

 

 

1. The hopper belt slips.

Adjust the handwheel of the landline and tighten the hopper belt.

2. The bearing is dusty and poorly lubricated.

Clean the bearings and add new grease.

3. The transmission belt slips or falls off, or the transmission device fails.

Tighten the drive belt to eliminate the fault of the transmission device.

4. The hopper screw is loose or falls off, and the hopper moves or falls off. Stop for inspection, tighten the hopper screws, and adjust the hopper position.

 

 

1. The granular Z-type bucket elevator is managed by a special person, and the power switch is regularly checked.

2. In order to improve the safety of use, the hoist needs to install a hoist limiter and a travel limiter. Let the pulley lift to the distance from the reel.

3. 300mm can make the hoist stop automatically, and can also carry out trial lifting.

3. The hoist should have a load sign, and the weight should not be overloaded when lifting and lowering.

4. After the hoist starts to send electricity, check the working conditions of the hoist limiter, travel limiter and interlock switch in order to see if they are normal.
