The Z series hoist is vertical, and its foundation bears the entire weight of the hoist, so the foundation must be checked before installation.

The Z series hoist is divided into several parts and is installed by the user on site. Usually installed in the following order.

1. First install the anchor bolts on the foundation, then install the lower device, calibrate its relative position on the foundation, so that the datum surface (upper flange surface) of the casing is in the horizontal plane, and then temporarily fasten it on the foundation superior.

2. Install the middle casings on the lower device one by one. Generally, the middle section with inspection door is installed at the position of the middle casing of the first section, and the first middle section must be connected with the upper device (pay attention to the supporting direction of the first middle section). ). Some middle sections are welded with anti-chain deviation guide rails. Such middle sections are delivered with a height of about 2mm. When installed, they are also configured with a height of about 2mm.

3. After the middle casing is installed and calibrated, install the upper device. In general, support devices should be installed at the upper and middle positions to prevent the casing from shifting sideways. The support devices should be reliably fixed on nearby buildings and allow the hoist to be freely retracted in the vertical direction. Coarse canvas or woven asbestos tape and asbestos rope should be padded at each connecting flange to prevent dust from rising.

4. To install the drive platform at the upper device, first connect the three platforms with bolts to form a whole, and then bolt or weld the whole platform and the root support channel steel to the upper casing. Then weld the maintenance frame and the segmented railing on the whole platform. Then install the power, drive chain and sprocket cover. After the chain drive is adjusted, fix it with bolts. Notice! ! The drive base and drive platform should be welded together.

5. Install the running parts. First lift the tail shaft to the highest position, and then install the chain and hopper.

6. Finally, install the left (right) hood. Set up electrical overload protection devices and electrical protection switches, and connect the transmission line to the motor of the hoist.

 

 

1. The hopper belt slips.

Adjust the handwheel of the landline and tighten the hopper belt.

2. The bearing is dusty and poorly lubricated.

Clean the bearings and add new grease.

3. The transmission belt slips or falls off, or the transmission device fails.

Tighten the drive belt to eliminate the fault of the transmission device.

4. The hopper screw is loose or falls off, and the hopper moves or falls off. Stop for inspection, tighten the hopper screws, and adjust the hopper position.

 

 

1. The granular Z-type bucket elevator is managed by a special person, and the power switch is regularly checked.

2. In order to improve the safety of use, the hoist needs to install a hoist limiter and a travel limiter. Let the pulley lift to the distance from the reel.

3. 300mm can make the hoist stop automatically, and can also carry out trial lifting.

4. The hoist should have a load sign, and the weight should not be overloaded when lifting and lowering.

5. After the hoist starts to send electricity, check the working conditions of the hoist limiter, travel limiter and interlock switch in order to see if they are normal.

6. Before lifting or landing, the car can be driven only after the bell rings.

7. The industrial pellet feeding conveyor is not allowed to carry people up and down.

8. After the work is completed, the hanging plate of the particle Z-type vertical feeder should fall to the ground, then cut off the power supply, and close the upper and lower guardrail doors.
