Folding Belt Conveyor

The driving device of the small folding belt conveyor adopts the power of the industrial type geared motor; the motor power is 1.8kw, the reducer and the motor are integrated, the power supply is 220V, 50Hz, single-phase electricity, and household electricity can be used. The structure of a small and light telescopic conveyor is similar to that of an ordinary belt conveyor. The main components are the conveyor belt, frame, idler, driving device, bracket, etc. The conveyor belt is the lifting belt of the industrial bucket elevator, and is equipped with a non-slip belt device, which has a stronger pulling force and a larger conveying angle. The drive device is an industrial geared motor with larger torque and more, all copper wire.

Folding belt conveyors are frequently used for loading and unloading trucks, containers, and cargo ships; replenishing and sorting goods in warehouses; transporting building materials such as sand, bricks, and mortar; loading and unloading grains, feed, and agricultural products; serving as temporary loading and unloading equipment for bulk or bagged goods; and quickly establishing material conveying channels.

1. Main frame. The main materials are angle iron, channel steel, square tube, round tube, stainless steel, etc.

2. Bandwidth. Usually from 300~1500mm, of which 500/600/800mm is more common.

3. Belt speed. The default belt speed is in the range of 0.8~1.2m/s when leaving the factory.

4. Lifting. There are three common lifting methods: manual, electric, and hydraulic. In terms of ease of operation and other points of view, it is moderate, labor-saving, and fast in lifting.

5. Belt. The default is 4 layers, 10mm thick, and the interface is strung with steel wires, which is easy to install and disassemble. If there are special requirements for the belt, please specify.

6. Idler. Common types of idlers are parallel, V-shaped, grooved, etc. If there are special requirements for the type of idler, please specify.

7. Skirts. If there is a need in this regard, please specify.
