1. Pretreatment:
Before entering the pyrolysis equipment, waste tires undergo pretreatment, including cutting, crushing, and iron removal. This process removes dirt and metal from the tire surface, reduces tire size, facilitates subsequent pyrolysis, and improves pyrolysis efficiency.
2. Pyrolysis:
After pretreatment, the waste tires enter the pyrolysis reactor. Under high temperature and oxygen-deficient conditions, the polymers within them undergo pyrolysis reactions, breaking them down into smaller molecules. This process typically requires temperature control to ensure smooth pyrolysis and produce the desired product.
3. Product Separation:
The oil, gas, and solid residue produced by pyrolysis need to be separated to obtain valuable products. The oil and gas are typically condensed in a condenser to produce liquid fuel oil and gaseous fuel gas. The solid residue is filtered through a filter to remove impurities, resulting in products such as crude carbon black.
