Continuous pyrolysis Equipment Process Flow Diagram
Working process:
1. Raw Material Pretreatment: Waste tires are dehydrated, impurities removed, and crushed to produce 2.8-10mm rubber powder granules.
2. Sealed Loading: The rubber powder enters the pyrolysis reactor via a sealed feeding system.
3. Uniform Pyrolysis: An indirect heating system is used, avoiding direct contact with the inner wall of the pyrolysis reactor.
4. High-Efficiency Cooling: A condensation system ensures thorough cooling of the oil and gas.
5. Waste Gas Recovery: Non-condensable combustible gases are returned to the furnace for secondary heating via a safety water seal.
6. Automatic Slag Discharge: Carbon black is discharged via an automatic slag discharge device and finally collected and packaged.
