Take waste tires as an example
Stept 1:Waste tires pretreatment
We need to remove steel wires from waste tires,and obtain rubber powder with about 10 mesh.There you can use the rubber powder production line to convert waste tires into rubber powder;
Stept 2:Feeding system
The rubber powder is transported to the continuous pyrolysis plant by means of large inclined conveyors, silos, motorized ball valves and sealed conveyors;
Stept 3:pyrolysis process
In the pyrolysis reactor, the rubber powder runs along the inner wall of the reactor through the spiral scraper.
The whole pyrolysis reactor is in a closed and oxygen-free state, and heated by indirect heating, produces oil and gas, carbon black and non-condensable gas. The continuous pyrolysis reactor of ODIFI adopts three-way design, which reduces the floor space of the reactor under the circumstance of ensuring that the rubber powder can be fully pyrolysised; in addition, the indirect heating prolongs the service life of the reactor;
Stept 4:cooling process
The oil gas generated in the pyrolysis reactor first passes through an oil gas separation system, then an oil gas purifier, finally is sent to a cartridge condensation system (with circulating cooling water as the cooling medium) for cooling and storage in oil tanks;
Stept 5:Non-condensable gas recovery treatment
In addition to oil gas during the entire pyrolysis process, a portion of non-condensable gas is generated. The non-condensable gas passes through two safety water seals and through Gas spray gun, which can continue to heat the pyrolysis reactor, thus reducing operating costs.
Stept 6:Flue gas treatment
The flue gas generated by rubber powder pyrolysis and non-condensable gas combustion will enter the flue gas treatment equipment for treatment. Generally, the flue gas system is equipped with two sets of spray dust removal. It should be noted that the specific environmental protection device configuration plan needs to be configured according to the environmental protection emission standards implemented by the customer's local area.
Stept 7:Discharge the carbon black
There is a slag outlet at the rear end of the pyrolysis reactor. The carbon black is transported to the cooling conveying device through a high-temperature sealed conveyor, and enters the carbon black storage bin through three cooling spiral devices. Then it can be Centralized packaging
