Brief Introduction Of Used Engine Oil Recycling Plant
The waste oil re-refining project can refine waste engine oil, waste lubricating oil, pyrolysis oil, tire oil,waste diesel etc. into fuel oil or diesel oil. Not only effectively protect the environment, but also bring economic benefits.
The used engine oil recycling plant project developed by Odifei Machinery is a new product in 2020. It enables fast extraction of light and heavy oils from different distillation ranges given different temperature controls and our own formulated catalyst compounds. Metal compounds, sulfur, etc. in the distilled oil can also be removed during the refining process. The final product after distillation can be adjusted to base oil or gasoline and diesel according to customer needs.
Process
Used Oil Re-Refining mainly contains 4 processes:
Pretreatment
In pretreatment process, solid undissolved impurities are filtered.
Distillation
In distillation process, asphalt/bottom/residue is separated from Black Oil.
Catalytic
In catalytic process, gasoline and diesel will be output from waste oil.
Decolorization
In decolorization process, improve color of Distilled Oil.Output Composition
