Xinxiang City, China – July 20, 2026 – Following the shipment of a complete continuous pyrolysis system to a Mexican client earlier this month, Xinxiang City Jinzhen Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd, today announced the successful dispatch of the system's heart – the pyrolysis reactor. Carefully secured and braced, the enormous component is now aboard a break-bulk carrier, chosen specifically to accommodate its exceptional size and weight.

This pyrolysis reactor is where the real transformation happens – waste rubber powders are converted into valuable fuel oil, carbon black, and gas. Given its critical role and massive dimensions, we jinzhen paid extraordinary attention to every detail of the packing and transport. It's not just a shipment; it's the delivery of long-term productivity for our customer.
1. The pyrolysis reactor is manufactured from 18mm-thick 15CrMo steel plate, known for outstanding high-temperature resistance and structural integrity under continuous operation at up to 450°C. Its design incorporates a proprietary spiral guide and multi-stage heating zone structure, which ensures even thermal distribution, accelerates the pyrolysis reaction, and effectively prevents localized coking that plagues inferior designs. Thanks to this robust construction, the chamber delivers a prolonged service life even under 24/7 heavy-duty cycles.
2. With a length exceeding 17 meters, a diameter of 2.8 meters, and a net weight of over 50 tons, the reactor's size far surpasses standard container limits. In close consultation with the client, Henan Jinzhen's logistics team engineered a custom steel support cradle, welded to prevent shifting, and applied anti-corrosion VCI packaging and heavy-duty tarps. The component was then transported to the port and loaded directly onto a break-bulk vessel, a solution that guarantees safe ocean transit without disassembly. This meticulous approach reflects the company's commitment to delivering every part in factory-perfect condition.
3. The complete continuous pyrolysis plant bound for Mexico is designed for fully automatic feeding and slag discharging, enabling round-the-clock operation with minimal labor. It features an energy-saving design that recycles non-condensable pyrolysis gas to heat the reactor, significantly cutting external fuel costs. Paired with the refining equipment, the system can produce diesel-grade distillates, high-purity carbon black, and combustible gas, all while meeting strict environmental emission standards equivalent to EU directives.
4. Behind this technology stands Henan Jinzhen's 17-year track record in waste-to-energy machinery. The company holds ISO 9001 and CE certifications, has completed turnkey installations in over 60 countries, and offers a complete value chain: from feasibility analysis and 3D plant layout to in-house manufacturing, factory acceptance testing, and full after-sales support. Every component is built under rigorous quality control, and the reactor inner chamber is no exception – it passed ultrasonic thickness testing, hydrostatic pressure tests, and radiographic weld inspections before release.
What's next: remaining shipments and on-site engineering
Today's dispatch is a major milestone, but the project journey continues. In the following weeks, the remaining modules will be shipped consecutively. Henan Jinzhen has also confirmed that two to three commissioning engineers will travel to the client's site in Mexico soon to supervise the entire installation, align the mechanical system, and provide comprehensive operator training. We don't just sell equipment; we stand beside our customers until they produce the first barrel of oil.
With the continuous pyrolysis reactor now on the water, Henan Jinzhen reaffirms its capability to handle complex, large-scale international projects and its commitment to reliable delivery, world-class engineering, and lifelong technical support.
