XINXIANG, China – July 4, 2026 – Jinzhen today announced a major shipment milestone for a landmark project in Mexico. After a successful factory acceptance test conducted by the customer, the company has dispatched the initial 14*40HQ containers of a 50-ton-per-day fully continuous rubber powder pyrolysis plant and a 20-ton refining machine. The containers have safely reached the departure port and are sequentially boarding vessels bound for Mexico.

The cooperation was formalized in early February 2026, when the Mexican client placed an order for a fully continuous pyrolysis machine with a daily capacity 50tons designed to convert rubber powder into high-value fuel oil and recovered carbon black, together with a waste oil refining machine with a daily capacity of 20 tons to upgrade the pyrolysis oil. Every piece of equipment was custom-engineered to meet the customer's exact specifications and stringent international manufacturing standards.

On June 15, 2026, the customer's delegation arrived at Jinzhen's manufacturing base for a comprehensive factory acceptance test. All machinery, auxiliary systems, and safety features were meticulously inspected and trial-run. The equipment met every defined production parameter.

"We were impressed by Jinzhen's manufacturing quality and attention to detail," commented the client's representative during the testing of the machine in our factory. "All equipment fully complies with our production requirements, and we are eager to receive it on site."

With the testing completed, Jinzhen launched the container loading process on June 17. By July 1, a total of fourteen 40-foot high-cube (40HQ) containers had been carefully packed, sealed, and transported off-site. Each container has arrived safely at the port, and the first batches have already been loaded onto scheduled vessels.

"Passing the acceptance of the machine in a single smooth stage and shipping the first 14 containers exactly on plan underscores our team's dedication and project execution capability," said Mr.Yang, General Manager of Jinzhen. "We deeply value the trust our Mexican partner has placed in us and remain fully committed to supporting them through every subsequent phase, from logistics to installation and commissioning."

The 14 dispatched containers represent the first wave of a total logistics plan of 22 40HQ containers. An additional eight containers are now being prepared and will be loaded in the coming days. Jinzhen will issue regular progress updates as the remaining shipments are completed and as the equipment travels to the customer's site.
