From 29th May to 3rd June 2026, our Jinzhen has completed the loading and dispatch of four 15-ton-per-day semi-continuous rubber powder pyrolysis machines production lines, destined for a client in Indonesia. The shipment marks the smooth transition from manufacturing to on-site delivery, and the project itself carries a story of trust built through proven performance. In early February 2026, the Indonesian client began searching for semi-continuous pyrolysis equipment to process rubber powder. Having investigated and compared multiple manufacturers, the client remained cautious about machine quality and long-term reliability. By chance, the client was introduced to a Jinzhen customer based in Shandong Province, China. On the strength of this recommendation, the Indonesian client reached out directly, visited the Jinzhen factory in mid-March, and, after witnessing the manufacturing capabilities firsthand, discussed the process details of the continuous pyrolysis machine and placed the order within a short period. Notably, the entire scope was finalized as four sets of semi-continuous rubber powder pyrolysis plants, aligning perfectly with the client's original vision.

1. Customized Feeding Method

These four production lines are specifically designed for semi-continuous processing of waste rubber powder. Each line uses a screw feed system to achieve a sealed, uniform, and continuous feeding process.

2. Customized Coking Removal Device
Each semi-continuous pyrolysis machine's reactor is equipped with an in-house-developed coking removal device, effectively preventing rubber powder from sticking to the reactor walls during pyrolysis and extending the pyrolysis reactor's lifespan.

3.Customized Slag Discharge Method
At the discharge end, all four production lines use a single cooling scraper conveyor to transport carbon black. This enables simultaneous slag discharge from multiple units at the same time with high temperatures, reducing operating time and costs. This enclosed design also effectively prevents dust escape and achieves high product recovery rates.

4. Customized Flue Gas Treatment Solution Complies with Local Environmental Standards

To meet the client's stringent environmental requirements, Jinzhen designed a multi-stage flue gas treatment system. This system employs air-cooled coolers, multi-stage desulfurization towers, activated carbon adsorption boxes, and dehydration processes. The treated emissions fully comply with Indonesian environmental regulations. This solution assures the client that the plant can operate sustainably within legal limits from the date of commissioning.

5. Containerized Optimized Cooling System for Seamless Sea Freight

To simplify logistics, the cooling tanks utilize a custom-designed containerized modular system. While maintaining the required circulation capacity, the tank structure, piping connections, and support base all conform to standard container dimensions. This design simplifies loading, reduces transit time, and minimizes on-site civil engineering work-a proven solution validated in numerous overseas projects.

Dispatch Completed; Engineers Already On-Site

The complete shipment for the four semi-continuous pyrolysis machines consists of multiple 40FR containers and 40HQ, all secured and lashed according to ocean freight standards. Concurrently, Jinzhen's technical service team has already arrived at the client site in Indonesia and is carrying out pre-installation preparations, including foundation verification and utility pre-laying.
