Bucket elevator chain and bucket installation process
Bucket elevators are lifting and conveying equipment. They are usually disassembled when shipped, which means that the manufacturer needs to install them after they arrive. When the equipment leaves the factory, we will be equipped with instructions, and we will also assist and guide the installation when the customer is installing it. Even so, sometimes there will be some minor problems during the installation. Here we will analyze the installation process of the chain and bucket of the bucket elevator in detail.
The chain Bucket elevator need to be connected with U-shaped screws, which are both the joints of the chain and the fixed parts of the bucket. What needs to be noted here is that the connection needs to be firm and cannot be loose, otherwise it will have a great negative impact on the bucket elevator.
The installation of NE plate chain bucket elevator is relatively simple. The NE15 bucket elevator is a single chain. Just fasten the plate chain and bucket directly with bolts (there are fixed screw holes on the NE plate chain). Bucket elevators above NE30 are all double chains. When installing, place the plate chain parallel to the two sides of the bucket, and tighten the chain and bucket one by one with bolts on the left and right sides of the bucket elevator bucket.
