Introduce
A Chain Belt Conveyor is a conveyor that uses a continuous and flexible conveyor belt to convey materials. The conveyor belt is connected end-to-end to form a ring after passing around several rollers, and is tensioned by the tension roller. The conveyor belt and the material on it are supported by rollers (or pallets) arranged along the entire length of the conveyor. The drive device rotates the drive drum, and the conveyor belt moves due to the friction force between the drive drum and the conveyor belt.
The structure
A chain belt conveyor uses a mesh belt as both the traction and load-bearing mechanism. The belt is driven to move by the friction between the rollers and idlers.
