What is the oil yield rate of general waste plastics and waste tires?
The oil production rate of waste plastics is very complicated. The oil production rates of different waste plastics are different and vary greatly. Most of my customers use scraps from recycled paper mills. Calculated according to wet standards, generally 1 ton of material (about 2.5m3~3m3) is used to refine a barrel of crude oil (a barrel of crude oil is about 180kg, and sometimes it can hold 195~200kg in winter) ); Dry materials with a moisture content of 5 to 6%, and paper pulp have also been sorted, and the oil yield can reach up to 60%. Other waste materials such as discarded agricultural film, woven bags, safety nets for building buildings, etc. are generally not less than 50% ; As for special waste plastics, they need to be tested in the laboratory.
Oil yield rate of waste tires: The oil yield rate of tires is about 45% to 50% (microwave oil refining in the United States can reach 52%. Our country does not yet have this technology)
Our company has first-class laboratories and refineries, and we are ready to conduct free laboratory testing at any time to check the actual oil yield of your raw materials.
If you have this raw material and want to pyrolysis, please contact us,Welcome to our factory to know about waste plastic pyrolysis machine.
