Alcohol distillation equipment
Features: First, energy saving. Adopt high-efficiency and low-resistance plate type, reduce the kettle temperature, reflow appropriately, and establish a distillation process that rationally utilizes energy at all levels; Try to use instrument control or microcomputer automatic control system to make the equipment in the best load state.
Second, the production intensity is high. To improve the vapor-liquid flux of the unit tower section, especially for the design of the mash tower, more attention should be paid to the relationship between its vapor-liquid ratio. One of the ways to make the equipment more compact, production intensity and processing capacity can be improved, replace the original old tower school with high-efficiency tower plate (the tower body does not move).
Third, the sewage discharge performance is good. While minimizing the fiber content in the mature mash, the equipment should also consider its adaptation to the distillation of the solids-containing fermentation broth to minimize the number of shutdowns and clearing the tower.
Fourth, fully consider the amplification effect of the tower. Especially for tower equipment with an annual output of more than 15,000 tons, because the tower diameter is greater than 1.5 meters, it is necessary to take active and advanced measures for large-diameter tower equipment to reduce the reduction of separation efficiency.
Fifth, the structure is simple and the cost is reduced. When the process conditions permit, the new plate with simple structure and high efficiency is selected.
Essential oil distillation equipment

The equipment has simple structure and easy to manufacture, short process flow, uniform hot pressure distribution and high extraction efficiency, which is suitable for small processing enterprises.
Water vapor distillation equipment
Water vapor distillation is a key to disperse and purify liquid or solid organic compounds, often used in the following environments: (1) some organic compounds with high boiling points, although distillation at atmospheric pressure can be dispersed with by-products, but easy to be destroyed; (2) The confounding substance contains a large number of resinous impurities or non-volatile impurities, and it is difficult to disperse by distillation, extraction and other essentials; (3) Disperse the adsorbed liquid from more solid reactants.
