12 Sets of 15 Ton Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Machines shipped to Shandong Province, China
Recently, our Xinxiang Jinzhen company completed the delivery of a new batch of tire pyrolysis machines to our long-term partner, a well-known environmental energy company in Caoxian County, Shandong Province. This client initially purchased 12 sets of 10-ton tyre pyrolysis equipment from us in 2019. The stable operation and excellent efficiency of the equipment over the years laid a solid foundation for this repeat purchase.
In September of this year, repurchased 12 sets of large 15-ton tire pyrolysis equipment from our company to expand its production line.
To ensure our client could smoothly and efficiently complete the layout and commissioning of the new production line, both parties negotiated and developed a flexible phased delivery plan. Our logistics and project teams worked closely together to precisely arrange the factory shipment, transportation, and on-site delivery of each batch of pyrolysis equipment.
This is the newest design for the insulation shell. We adopt ceramic fiber cotton, which can withstand high temperatures up to 1260℃, and we use 304 sus welding rods for fixation. This can prevent falling off. The last step is to spray the curing agent. This design has an excellent thermal insulation performance; moreover, it is light. Then it is easy to move and install.
1. The cooling tube is in the shape of an "S", with a long cooling distance and a large cooling area.
2. The cooling pool is open and can be cooled naturally without the danger of a power outage.
3. The cooling pipe is connected with an elbow outside the pool and should be cleaned and maintained at least once every six months to reduce maintenance time.
4. There is no wastewater pollution, and only the evaporated water needs to be replenished during the cooling process, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
As of December 8th, 6 pieces of waste tyre pyrolysis machines have arrived at the customer's site, and our engineers have also arrived at the site to direct the installation of the equipment.
As of press time, the last batch of waste tyre pyrolysis machines has left the factory and been shipped to the customer's site. With this, all 12 sets of 15-ton tire pyrolysis equipment stipulated in this contract have been delivered on time and to a high standard. This batch of advanced pyrolysis equipment will help the customer further improve their waste tire processing capacity and resource utilization efficiency.
